When Judd sold her first Richmond property, a condo, the buyer had already spent months walk-
ing through other units in the same complex, each
with the exact same floor plan as Judd's, but each time it was a "no go." The buyer just couldn't warm up to any of them.

She assured her realtor that she really did want one of the condos. She just hadn't found one that "felt" right to her yet -- that is, until she walked into Judd's condo, and right then and there she knew her search had finally ended: It was love at first sight. She was "home."

What sold her? According to the realtor, it was the way Judd had decorated her condo. The attraction was instant! And that, in turn, made the difference between an instant sale and all those other condos on the market that were rejected without a second look.

The second property Judd bought and redesigned for resale, is the little ranch house that shocked Richmond realtors -- as it sold for $40k above every comparable listing in the surrounding neighorhood -- along with the custom furnishings Judd designed which the homebuyer also asked to purchase.

In fact, Judd's eye for design has helped to sell homes in the greater metro Richmond area faster and/or for more money, for more than a decade now. And her childhood home which she redesigned and staged for resale in 2002 is no exception. On that property, a bidding war ensued, and the mother of the family who won the bid later shared that the beautiful way Judd had arranged [read "staged"] the sunroom, simply made her "want to linger there forever."
